My struggle with dieting

Since the last time I wrote I've been starting to struggle with my diet. I am in a calorie deficit but seem to be staying the same for the last two or 3 weeks. I understand that this just might be a plateau, and I should "suck it up" (if you ask the internet.) Perhaps that is right. I do know I want to change it.
