Feeling good

After days of sorting, I finally found some time to enjoy the new setup for gaming. Spent some time setting up and then cruising around using the wheel. The seating setup is not 100% there but it worked well enough. Everything is in easy reach so I can more easily jump in going forward. The switch is also set up in there too (had to dust it off it has been so long) so I'll be diving make into some Nintendo gaming too. A nice chill room is just what I needed, I think. Miami Race Weekend: Race Review

After the excitement of the Sprint qualifying the Race qualifying was a bit of a letdown. Or more accurately, more of what we are used to. The biggest disappointment for me was Ricciardo qualifying last. The race itself however was amazing! Action all the way up and down the field. Magnussen doing more Magnussen things and trying to go for the record of most penalty points incurred during one race weekend. As much as it was entertaining, some of his moves were way beyond the limits the same as the Sprint. He is likely really close to a race ban…

Miami Race Weekend: Sprint Review

The new Sprint weekend format is much better this year. I prefer it to last year and it is more engaging than three practice sessions. I am not sure all the drivers would agree but I think it is better to have more action and it does seem to mix things up a bit. I just finished watching the Sprint race and I have to say I loved it. I think that the opening crash that led to Norris and Stroll retiring should have been investigated and not written off as a racing incident. I understand it was a first…

Adrian Newey leaving?

I haven't talked about it on this site yet, but I follow Formula 1. Although I am nowhere near what I would class a hardcore follower, I have followed for many years. I do not have a favourite team, but I have some drivers that I really like. Namely Valtteri Bottas (increasingly so lately!), Daniel Ricciardo, Fernando Alonso, and Carlos Sainz.
